“Unusual situation, starter motor died at Cancer Clinic, Waratah Newcastle, called Norm Beatty’s for urgent replacement, explained my wife’s difficult health situation and he offered to squeeze me in at short notice. Unfortunately had to be towed to NRMA depot where they tried to hit me with $660 cost to replace vs Norm Beatty’s $440, he gave me advice, got the car done for $550. They had me, but his advice saved me a heap. Very grateful and will use any time I or family members have electrical issues in future.”
